In the seventh year since its establishment in 2014, Innolcon has achieved steady and rapid development and success in the fields of ultrasonic surgical system, phaco-emulsification surgical system and surgical robotics platforms, etc. We urgently need a stronger professional team to join forces with our products and create a future together. Therefore, in early 2021, the company first proposed to build up Innolcon professional education and training system, and the concept of "Academy" sprouted. After "brainstorming" through creative partners, the landing plan of “Academy” was further conceived and improved. Finally In September 2021, Innocollege was officially launched.
